LMA Solutions was founded by Lorraine Airey BSc (Hons) Applied Economics, PGCE, MCP , corporate and executive coach, trainer and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. She has fifteen years experience working with organisations to provide coaching, workshops, facilitation and customised training in the areas of business communication, team, personal, leadership skills and development.

Lorraine, after completing her degree, was introduced to coaching working with The Alexander Corporation and renowned SuperCoach to the boardroom and influential business leaders, Graham Alexander as an Office Manager and Management Accountant. Lorraine then started her own successful Information Technology and Interpersonal Skills Training organisation where coaching was integrated into empowering learning and skills development programmes.
